We only collect your personal data, such as your name and e-mail or company data for the purpose of:

— discussing and delivering completed works
— processing transactions, issuing invoices and receipts for the completed works

We may also use non-personal data to monitor and analyze how are site is being used to make sure we provide you with the best experience possible.

How do we ensure your data security

— The Rectangles team members (employees) are trained in handling data securely and should we need to cooperate with an external partners (which almost never happen as all of our employees work permanently in-house at The Rectangles' Wrocław office), we always have an NDA signed
— our websites use a secure SSL (https://) connection to transfer your data to the servers we use
— all your data is being kept in password-encrypted databases to prevent any unauthorized access
— we only store your data for as long it is needed to provide you with our services
— we never give, transfer, exchange or sell your personal data to any other company; except for the purpose of delivering our services to you
What are your privacy rights
According to the GDPR regulations, you have the right to access, modify, restrict the processing of, port to another administrator or erase your personal data. You can also revoke consent for contacting you with marketing information.
